I visited this spot in Jackson Heights - their momos placed THIRD last year in the NYC momo crawl, and after trying them, I see why 👀 You can choose from five cooking styles, but the buff/beef momo was the REAL standout. We got it in jhol - delicious dumplings swimming in a rich broth. Also loved the fried momo (crunchy outside, juicy inside), the spicy wild boar (badel sandheko), and their goat thali with all the classic Nepali sides.
