Truffle season is officially back, and I kicked it off with the Tartuflanghe Truffle Dinner at @Roscioli NYC (in partnership with @DoorDash ) 🍄✨ It’s a five-course tasting built around peak-season white and black truffles from Piedmont - such a special experience 😍 They went above and beyond with a full vegetarian menu for me and every course was delicious, fragrant, and so thoughtfully done! The pasta and salad were unbelievably delicious, and the dessert was so creative I’m still thinking about it 🤍 If you’re a truffle lover, this is the perfect experience!
