Truffle season is officially back, and I kicked it off with the Tartuflanghe Truffle Dinner at @Roscioli NYC (in partnership with @DoorDash ) 🍄✨ It’s a five-course tasting built around peak-season white and black truffles from Piedmont - such a special experience 😍 They went above and beyond with a full vegetarian menu for me and every course was delicious, fragrant, and so thoughtfully done!
