new matcha spot alert in the West Village! 🍵✨ This spot is serving up ceremonial-grade drinks, matcha soft serve, and 5 levels of matcha gelato. We tried both extremes of the gelato (level 1 at 2.9% and level 5 at 17.9%) and honestly, they were equally amazing in their own way. The matcha latte was smooth, earthy, and perfectly balanced. Their hojicha azuki latte with mochi tastes way better than it looks 👀, and the matcha parfait is loaded with all the textures - jelly, chocolate, rice puffs, and soft serve.
