Called Stardusters, the diner is famous for employing waitstaff that sing to the customers. They perform and practice and show off the fruits of their training, hoping someday to be next door at the Broadway shows starring in a show. The performances at Ellen's Stardust Diner are already impressive enough, and that alone makes the restaurant worth visiting. But how's the food?
