Highly satisfied at Kame NYC, a Japanese eatery and ramen shop in Chelsea serving both classics and new dishes to satisfy all foodies. Their classics like tonkotsu ramen and karaage are done very well - hitting all the good notes in savory, rich, and succulent flavors. Also love that they had an onsen style egg instead of a standard soft boiled! My personal favorite was the homemade gyoza which was flat for extra crispness and the salmon don, which is a great dish for all seasons and the perfect mix for seafood lovers. I also found it interesting that they had impossible meat on the menu as an option for our vegan friends 🫶.
